Playoff Champions 07/08

After a close run Womens Premier league only missing out on top spot by goal diference the Shadows have finished the final weekend of 2007/08 season on a high after winning the playoffs (Bill Britton Memorial Trophy)

The Sheffield Shadows played last years winners Bracknell Queen Bees in the semi final on the saturday winning 7 – 2, which set up the final game against league winners Slough Phantoms who had beaten Guildford Ligtning 7 -1 earlier in the day.
